Cherry Blossom Mini Quilt

Remember this mini from waaaay back when? I haven't done much sewing lately, but I finally got around to finishing it this past weekend. I outline-quilted each little blossom and bound it with some Alexander Henry Heath in Gray.

For the back I used the Pearl Bracelets print in Green from Hello Pilgrim.

I made this as a gift for a special friend, and I'm trying to be better about labeling my quilts, so I stamped my name and the recipient's on the back of the binding. As soon as I have a chance to run to a craft store and pick up some numerical stamps, I'm gonna add the year.

Can't wait to get this in the mail to her!!!!

  1. It's so sweet! I love the stamps, too. I've got to be better about labeling, too. I'll try to remember that with my next finish. Miss you, K!

  13. It's so lovely. I'm not usually a pink person but I love the mix of pinks with the black and grey here.
